« on: August 03, 2015, 09:34:31 AM »
Hi friends!

From some days I am coming across from a critical issue related to my Dell desktop that it is showing an error message continuously that “the system is infected from virus please scan and fix the computer.
Already I have installed Avira antivirus on my computer and it’s not detecting any malicious or virus program from the system. I have tried some solutions regarding this problem such as:

http://windows.microsoft.com/
 http://electronics.howstuffworks.com/
 http://www.pcworld.com/

The worst thing is after taking help from all these sites I am still facing the same problem which is too annoying. Therefore, it’s my humble request please provide me the perfect solution!!

Hi Elizabeth!

If you computer is showing virus infection error message then it’s clear that you don’t have installed a powerful antivirus software on your computer. But don’t worry I am mentioning here some steps to follow through which you can resolve your problem:

•   First of all boot the Windows into “Safe Mode”.
•   Delete temporary files.
•   Download and run a powerful and reliable antivirus program.
•   After installing the antivirus, scan the computer and delete all detected and infected files.

You can install McAfee antivirus app onto your system for total security. If you don’t know how to install McAfee antivirus then please watch the video:
