And the worst thing is I don’t know what the problem is but it’s too essential for me to recover my lost Windows password as soon as possible. I have tried some solutions and site links to fix this issue such as:

Hello isemddy,

Are you forgot your Windows 10 admin password and not able to install any software and use your computer? Although Microsoft doesn't make it easy to reset your Windows password, but still you have a few options to recover it. Below a few possible ways are given to help you in resetting Windows 10 password for Microsoft and administrator account.

Method 1: Use Password Reset Disk

To reset a lost Windows password, it is Microsoft's official method. The only thing you need to take care is creating a Windows 10 password reset disk before your password is lost. You can easily set a new password for signing in to your Windows 10 computer if you have created a password reset disk.
How to Use a Password Reset Disk in Windows 10:

•   Click on your account At the Windows 10 login screen; type your password whatever you remember in an attempt to log on. An incorrect password will lead a failed log-on attempt and show a link "Reset password" right below the password field.
•   Windows 10 will start the Password Reset wizard after clicking on the "Reset password" link. Insert your password reset disk and click on Next button.
•   Now choose the password reset disk that has the userkey.psw file then click on Next button.
•   Type your new password in and hint for that password and then click on Next option.
•   If you successfully create a new password, a confirmation window will display saying, "You've successfully reset the password for this user account." To close the password reset wizard, click on Finish button.

Method 2: Login with Other Sign-in Option

If you are able of logging into Windows 10 with another administrator account or PIN and picture password you may open an elevated Command Prompt and reset Windows 10 password easily.
Just push Windows key + X on your keyboard. It will open the Quick Access menu and click Command Prompt (Admin). Type the following command and press Enter to reset your forgotten password: net user account_name new_password
Replace account_name and new_password with your username and password respectively.

Method 3: Reset Microsoft Account Password Online

After the Windows 8 launch, most of the people are using a Microsoft account to log into Windows. If you are not able to recall your Microsoft account password, you may use another computer to visit the Windows Live password reset page.  On the Windows Live password reset page on the Microsoft website, it is easy to reset the password online rather than resetting local account password.

For this approach to work, you need to have access to an alternate email account or phone number that you provided at the point of creating the Microsoft account. Microsoft will be unable to verify your identity if you don't have access to those anymore. In that case, to log back into Windows 10 without losing files, you need to convert Windows 10 Microsoft account to a local account from a boot media.

Method 6: Restore Windows 10 to Previous State

If your hard drive is encrypted with BitLocker or you don’t want to use any Windows 10 password reset software, you can restore your computer to the most recent restore point includes an old password that you remember. However, doing so will not be able of storing all the programs installed after that restore point.
If you don't have a password reset disk and already forgotten your Windows password, it's too late to create one. The only option that is left is, use third-party software to unlock your Windows 10 local/Microsoft account with a boot CD or USB drive.

If these steps doesn't help you in resetting your lost password, you may ask for windows 10 professional support services to help you in recovering your password and logging into your Windows account.
