How to download iOS 10 developer preview 4 on iPhone or iPad

Apple has just introduced iOS 10 beta 4 for developers so if you are a developer and want to take a peek at iOS 10, just go through the entire document to know how to install the developer beta.
If you already installed iOS 10 beta, proceed to Settings > General > Software Updates and download away. If you were waiting for beta 4 release, keep reading to get in on iOS 10:
Apple is going to release iOS 10 in this fall with a ton of new features, and many of them require lots of third-party developer input. Apple is releasing developer betas so that software engineers can get a head start on making great software for you.

Note: iOS 10, watchOS 3, macOS Sierra, and tvOS 10 are currently available as closed developer previews and as public betas for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Betas include new features, but they also contain pre-release bugs that may make your not allow you normally using your iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Apple TV, or Mac. Beta versions are not intended for everyday use on a primary device so it is strongly recommend you to stay away from the developer previews, and if you are using public beta, use it with caution. Wait for the final release if you depend on your devices.
Create an archived backup of your iPhone or iPad
Make sure you back up your iPhone or iPad before downloading developer preview. The beta process is fairly straight forward and you may make any significant change to your device any time if you sense any risk. So make an archived backup of your personal data even if you back up it every night because it is better to be safe than sorry. Just follow the steps to create backup:
•   Plug iPhone or iPad into your Mac or Windows PC.
•   Launch iTunes.
•   When the iPhone or iPad icon appears in the menu bar, tap on that.
•   Ensure that backup is set to This Computer. (Also enable Encrypted backup because it's worth)
•   Tap on the Back Up Now. (for security, tap on Encrypt Backup and add a password )
•   If asked, back up Apps.
•   Open Preferences taping on Command. (Alternatively, access iTunes in the menu bar and tap on Preferences.
•   Tap on the Devices tab.
•   Tap on option Backup and choose Archive.
If you archive your current backup, it will not be overwritten by an iOS 10 backup in the future and you can revert to the previous state if you want.
How to register your account for the iOS 10 beta
Without a paid developer account, you can’t download any non-Xcode betas.  Connecting your device to iTunes, you can download iOS betas directly on your iPhone or iPad, but you need to run the Xcode beta first. To do so, follow the method given below:
•   Access developer.apple.com on your iPhone or iPad.
•   Tap on the tab "Download New Betas".
•   Login in your developer account using required username and password.
•   Access the iOS 10 beta section and tap the down arrow for expanding downloads.
•   Tap on the Download button next to Configuration Profile.
•   Choose iPhone when it asks which device you would like to use.
•   The Beta software profile will be shown on your phone. Tap Install and enter your Passcode.
•   Agree to the Consent form and tap on Install option once showing in the upper right corner, and agan on install option showing at the bottom of the screen.
•   To apply the changes to your iPhone, tap on the Restart button.
How to install the iOS 10 beta
You need to visit Software Update on your iPhone or iPad to install the iOS 10 beta.
•   From your Home screen, launch Settings tap on General, then tap on Software Update.
•   As the update appears, tap on Download and Install.
•   Enter your Passcode.
•   Accept the Terms and Conditions.
•   Again, tap on Agree to confirm.
Your iPhone or iPad will reboot to install iOS 10 and it will take some time to finish it. Couple progress bars will be showing across the screen while the installation process.
How you can get started with iOS 10 beta
iOS 10 will be running once your iPhone or iPad reboots. A brief bit of setup you will need to go through and you will be asked to login to complete the update as the system will have changed enough.
•   Tap Continue.
•   Enter your Apple ID password. Your iCloud settings will update, so wait for some time.
•   Tap Get Started.
Once everything is done correctly, you will be on the Home screen and ready to go with iOS 10.
